Yes. You will be judged by almost everyone, at every level, in almost every facet of daily life.

It is shameful and abominable and, well, such is life.
If you want to make a good impression, there are some quick tidbits that come to mind: How about...shower? Yeah, that's a good one. And groom occasionally, and dress as you wish to be perceived. Or don't, if that's what you're going for. We all know how well being known as the smelly, greasy-haired, yellow-toothed bohemian with a great sense of humour can work out.
But what about your business? Your brand? Your product?
Who would explore beneath the surface if repulsed by the exterior? Perhaps even worse if they cannot see it at all.
